ASSIGNMENTS Welcome to the wonderful world of 4th Grade and 5th Grade Language Arts. I am loving teaching Language Arts to these wonderful students. They are all bright and eager to learn. We are making terrific progress. I appreciate all of the parental support and look forward to having you stop by often. We are so busy each and every day that checking my Email is one of the activities that could get overlooked in a day. Therefore, I think it will be faster to answer your questions or concerns by a visit or phone call. Below you will find a general schedule of due dates for assignments: Wordly Wise A and B is due on Tuesday for a grade. Wordly Wise C and D is due on Wednesday. Wordly Wise E is due on Friday for a grade; however, if it is turned in on Thursday, the student receives 10 extra points. Wordly Wise Test on Friday. Spelling Test is on Thursday and assignments will vary. Reading Comprehension Tests will be as we complete each story. Language Assignments and Tests will be on an as needed basis. All assignments whether for 4th or 5th Grade are on the white board daily.  Please encourage your child to write their assignments in their homework notebook. 5th Grade Social Studies and Bible assignments will be as we cover material. There will be, hopefully, projects that your children will find exciting and will stretch their fabulous brains.
